Our next major project is Peckham Levels, a scheme that is transforming 7 of the underused interior levels of Peckham’s famous multi-storey car park into a creative community for local people, artists and entrepreneurs. It will convert the currently empty space levels of the famous multi-storey car park in Peckham into a makeshift creative workshop for artists, designers, entrepreneurs, makers and doers.
The project has been launched in partnership with Southwark Council, who ran a competitive bid process for positive alternate uses for the empty space. It will become more than 90,000 square foot of creative workspace, artists’ studios, maker spaces, shared creative facilities, and community areas including exhibition, event and entertainment spaces.
It will become an entirely new kind of place, designed to inspire creativity and provide a platform for local talent and enterprise in Southwark.
