ROSE WILK-MULIS - COMMUNITY MANAGER Rose's passion lies in building relationships and connecting people in local communities. At Make Shift she wants to link educational, social, community and cultural organisations so they can all work together. Previously Rose spent her time working in the creative industries with her skills leaning towards photography, which still comes in handy from time to time!

JAMES LEAY - MANAGING DIRECTOR James has 10 years experience leading small businesses across the hopsitality, technology and property sectors; ranging from an Augmented Reality start-up to his own street food business. He is passionate about helping others turn their ideas into reality. He takes overall responsibility for making sure Make Shift achieves its purpose. He can usually be found with his head in a spreadsheet or battling weeds on his allotment.

MIRAJ CHOUDERY - TREASURY MANAGER Miraj is a maths and economics graduate with more than 5 years experience working in community driven organisations and more recently in commerical property. He loves crunchin the numbers. When he is not in the office, you can normally find Miraj running along the side of the Thames or trying out the latest fitness fad.

As manager of the Community Investment Scheme he is able to channel the skills and experience of the traders, chefs, shopkeepers and bar owners that make up our membership; and design projects that help to meet the challenges in the areas in which our projects are based.

ABDUL THALID - DELIVERY DIRECTOR Abdul is an experienced project manager with a background in programme management on commercial and residential property schemes. Some of his previous projects included a purpose built Olympic sporting venue, state or the art technology college and a festival for the royal family of Abu Dhabi! As Delivery Director, Abdul is responsible for leading projects from the day we identify the sites, through design and construction until they are ready to open.
